How to apply Eyeliner

Hi everyone, Today I want to share some tips how to apply eyeliner.

The application of eyeliner attenuates the shape of our eyes. Eyeliner applied in the right way can make you look sexy and elegant. Most the women face difficult in applying eyeliner.

Liquid eyeliner – While applying liquid eyeliner you should have control over the moves of the hand and should try to apply in small section starting right from the middle section of the upper lash moving towards the outer corner of the eye.

Pencil eyeliner – Start applying the eyeliner from the outer corner of the eye along the lash line. Do not let your hand lose until you have applied eyeliner on the inner corner.

There are many ways to apply this type of eyeliner. You can keep it thick, thin, simple or dramatic.

If you have shorter eyes avoid applying a tick layer of eyeliner.
Do not apply your eyeliner in a circular shape.
Pencil eyeliner is easy to apply, but sometimes doesn’t spread as smoothly or thickly as gel or liquid liners.
Gel liners are matte and glide on easily. They sometimes come in a little pot with a brush.
To get fuller eyes, use liquid liner for the upper eyelid and pencil for the lower eyelid.
Eyeliner does not come in ordinary black shade only. On the contrary – you can colorize your fantastic party look with eyeliners in green, blue or even something more vigorous like orange or yellow.
Create a winged tip or cat-eye look to make your eyes look bigger, but only apply it on the top lid. Keep the bottom look eyeliner free and just dabble on some mascara.

How to define eyes

The are a number of techniques you can define your eyes more clearly.

Try these tricks and make sure they really stand out !

Applying liquid eyeliner;

Hold the eyeliner brush between your thumb and forefinger, resting your hand on your cheek. Apply the liner in one swoosh as close to the lash line as you can, moving quickly from the inner corner.
Stop the line at the end of your eyelid or go slightly up at sides to create a catlike look. Be careful the line doesn’t extend downwards as this will make you eyes look sad.
If thinks go wobbly, don’t hit the makeup remover. instead get blending with a cotton bud and create a sultry smudged effect.

Curling your lashes;

Take your eyelashes curlers and place them as close to base of your lashes as possible.
Squeeze gently , hold for five seconds and release.
Apply your favorite mascara.

Our eyes are the first thing anyone notices about our face, and to give the right impression.

“Eye shadow is the window dressing”.

Fashion trends help narrow the choices, but if you’re like me you shouldn’t follow the pack: experiment until you find what suits you and look to trends for inspiration.

Natural makeup look

Hi everyone;

The Natural look is probably one of the hardest to achieve, as it needs a light, skilful touch and careful choice of colour. Natural means enhancing your natural look with as little makeup as possible. Use little to no foundation, especially in summer when your skin has more colour. Warm, earthy , neutral tones work best ; anything from pale vanilla and almond to mid tones like taupe and terracotta to deeper shades like coffee and brown. Colour choice is personal, although redheads look great in brick – browns and brunettes look stunning in mocha!

Moisturize and apply a convincing shade of liquid foundation if necessary. conceal problem areas, making sure you blend carefully. Set concealer and foundation with loose powder. Dust the apples of your cheeks with a soft shade of blusher to create a healthy glow.

Use a shadow brush to apply the lightest shade of eye shadow all over the lid, from the lash line to the eyebrow. Then brush a medium shade of shadow across the entire lid, from the lashes to just above the crease line, and blend. Apply the darkest shade along the lash line as close to the lashes as possible, placing added emphasis on the outer corners.

Line eyes inside the inner rim and around the outer with a soft, brown kajal eye pencil. Apply one or two coats of mascara. Brush eyebrows into shape and define if necessary with eye shadow.

Define lips with a neutral shade of lip liner pencil and fill with lipstick’ If you wish, slick with gloss, but remember that leaving it off will make your lipstick last longer.

Tip
Careful blending is essential. The aim is to give the complexion a healthy glow by using foundation and blusher that subtly enhance your natural skin tone rather than disguise it.

Eyes makeup

Hi everyone and welcome back …….

Primer your canvas. An artist doesn’t just start slathering paint onto fresh canvas, just as a makeup artist doesn’t work on a surface that hasn’t been prepared. Prime the ares with the light concealer or foundation and a dusting of translucent powder to control oiliness and help set the colour.

Apply a base shade. Pick a light dark, and a medium shade. It’s easier if they’re in the same colour family – like bone, taupe, and dark brown – but they don’t have to be. And bear in mind, if you are using multiple colours, powdered shadow is much easier to control because it layers and blends easily.

Shade for contrast. the medium shade is the one that’s going to bring out the colour of your eyes, so look for a suitably contrasting shade. Green eyes will stand out when shades with browns and hint of red; blue eyes are complemented by purple shades. And brown eyes work with any colour.

TIPS

If the eye makeup you are planning is complicated, do your foundation afterwards. That way you don’t have to worry about stray flecks of glitter ruining your foundation.
When working with a few colours, always start with the lightest shades first.
Before applying shadow, always give the brush a little flick, or blow gently to remove excess powder.
Blend well; you should never be able to tell where one colour begins and ends.
Use a highlighter on any part of the eye area that you want to bring out. put a dot on the inner corner of the eye to make eyes look big and bright, and a dab under the arch of the brow to emphasize the brows, if necessary.
Don’t over emphasize the brow bone; most time the absence of colour is enough of a highlight. I see many makeup artists using very pearlized or white shadows as highlighter and it really creates an artificial effect best avoided.

Hi everyone, Today I want to post about my favorite mascara which I use for a while.

Is only the one make my lashes looks fabulous …… 🙂

The brush is a very different shape to most normal mascara brushes. It’s very long and thin. I find it’s quite easy to control. The colour is extremely black and the brush is really good at separating lashes.

I think most of us know that you should replace your mascara after three months to avoid bacteria breading in the tube ….
