Well it’s that time again where I wrap up the month wit ha few of my favorite things! I honestly can’t believe April is almost over.  😉  Here are the products I most used in April…

5 tips for makeup last all day

1-PREPARE THE SKIN

The first tip is valid for all seasons. It is no use starting a makeup without first taking care of the skin, the dirt makes it difficult to penetrate the products and produce the oil, so do not give up the trio: soap + tonic + moisturizer. After cleansing, wipe with a sunscreen and begin with a makeup.

2- USE PRIMER

Primer will help make the makeup last longer, it is the key to your makeup stay intact, not to mention that it reduces oiliness, camouflage dilates the pores and softens the lines of expression. Always apply after sunscreen and before foundation. The ideal is to use primers specific to each region: skin, eyes and lips, ok?!

3- WATER-PROOF PRODUCTS

Use mascara, eyeliner and waterproof eye pencil.

4- FINISH WITH FIXING SPRAY

To help keep all makeup in place, use a fixing spray . Keep an eye on choosing the right product according to your skin type.

5- NECESSAIRE

Although these tips help a lot to keep the makeup intact, it is important to always carry some products to touch up the make during the day, I always carry a compact powder to take the shine. Find out what your needs are, make a compact necessary and carry it to every corner.

Makeup looks to inspire

Hi everyone , Welcome back …..

We do not always have the time and skill to create that beautiful and elaborate mega makeup, right? As much as I love spending time doing my makeup, sometimes I have to choose the “basic and fast”

For that reason, 4 tips and suggestions for the day to day.

Starting with the classic that never goes out of style and leaves with an incredible result: the faded brown. Here there is no mistake, choose your favorite tone of brown and smear well, is a drawing created by a degraded by a lighter shade by the same color to put in the inner corner and the sides. The good thing about brown is that it is easy to fade and matches any occasion and look.

For those days of rush go for a lipstick. Choose a powerful mega lipstick like red, wine or brown, pass a little more lashes, a little light on the skin! And it’s ready! It looks beautiful!

If you feel like adding a bit of shine to the shape, but do not make too much of a mess, opt for creamy shadows that have a bit of shine (Maybelline have some nice options) and if you have time use a eyeliner…..

A classic makeup that Kylie Jenner is perfect for days of running around. She makes a faint butt on the outside corner that leaves the look sexy and powerful. The trick is to apply the correct at the end of the eyea nd leave that part well marked.

 

After these tips there are no more excuses for not doing a simple makeup, right? 😉

Clean – up makeup tools

Beware the unwashed makeup brush. It will leave traces of unwanted bacteria and colour on your face and will hinder the application of powder, lipstick and concealer. Follow these hints to get the best out of your brushes:

  • If you use makeup tools everyday, wash them regularly, every four to six weeks.
  • Use a mild baby shampoo to clean brushes and rise with a mild antiseptic solution.
  • For long powder brushes, sweep trough shampoo diluted with tepid water, then rinse under tap.
  • Finer brushes should be dipped into neat shampoo. then lathered before rinsing.
  • Direct heat damaged bristles, so don’t blow dry with your hair dryer.
  • To Dry, carefully squeeze out excess water with a towel, reshape and lay brushes flat on the edge of the basin, allowing the air to circulate. Dry overnight.

Hygiene Tips 

  • Hygiene is an important aspect of makeup care. Wash your makeup bag itself every few weeks and rinse brushes, powder puffs and sponges in soap water at least once a month.
  • You are particularly at risk of infection in the case of mascaras and other products that come into contact with the eyes, so never be tempted to share or land our makeup.
  • Be careful when testing lipsticks; the herpes virus is easily transmitted via lipstick. Rather test lipsticks on the back of your hand.

Always keep the used brushes away from the fresh ones as you don’t want the products from the used brushes to stick on to the fresh brushes. It not only increases you work load, but repeated cleaning can also reduce the life of the brush.

Beauty Room Tour

Hi everyone , welcome back …… Today I Want to share with all of you a bit of my favorite place in my house ……. My Beauty Room

I’m satisfied with how it all have turned out in my beauty room,  I’m always changing stuff around and on the hunt for the perfect storage!

This vanity is from IKEA and is my favorite place in this room.

Getting your room organized will go a long way to maximizing efficiency. There is no single right way to do it: The trick lies in finding the way that works best for you.

I like everything organize, I store my bags , and my shoes the way I can see easy what I have …. is the way that works better for me ….

I like to keep my clothes organized by colours ……

This is a nice kit for contouring, highlighting and bronzing. I totally love the texture of all the products and how smoothly they blend on my skin.
