Beautiful skin is essential for making the most of your looks.Without it, all that carefully apply makeup will either go patchy and blotchy, slide into lines and wrinkles or disappear off your face in a shiny oil mess. the simple true is that most of us don’t have beautiful skin. In fact, we don’t even have so-called ‘normal’ skin, with its plump, shiny texture, radiant glow and minimal breakouts. Instead we have dry bits, oil bits or irritated bits, and that means our skin doesn’t always look or feel as good as it should. But the good news is that you don’t have to put up with this. By knowing what kind of skin you have and how to treat it, you can solve your particular problems.

Tips for oily skin

Only cleanse twice a day.
If shine still slips through, blotting paper is great for mopping up excess oil.
Ensure all your products – even your makeup – are oil free.
if you get painful red spots. a little lavender oil dabbed on the skin will help reduce inflammation in minutes.

Your key products – Foaming cleanser ; Oil free moisturizer; Blotting papers; spot stick ….

Tips for Dry skin

Only cleanse your skin once at the end of the day. This will remove dirty and grime but will prevent further drying, in the morning a splash of water and some moisturizer are all you need.
Exfoliation is essential for dry skin.
Never expose your skin to really hot water, it dries out parched skin.
Never dry your skin completely. One of the best ways to hydrate dry skin is just to pat it with the towel after washing, then apply moisturizer to seal in that extra moisture.

Your key products – Creamy cleanser; Exfoliating scrub; Rich moisturizer; Facial mist; Moisturizing mask.

All the skin care in the world won’t help if you don’t tackle the factors that destroy your skin.

Protect your skin from the sun
Don’t smoke (Is very bad for your skin)
Stress affects the skin in numbers of ways ( try not to stress)
Sleep well
Drink at least 2 liters of water per day

Makeup – Seven steps to Perfection

Beautiful, flawless skin is something supermodels are born with, Right? Wrong. Pair a few carefully chosen products with the right tools and techniques and make it your birthright too.

Application –Start with clean, well – moisturized skin, allowing the product time to skin in. For full coverage, dot foundation on the forehead, nose, chin and cheeks.

Blending – Blend foundation using your fingers . pressing and patting lightly into your skin, your makeup will look natural and healthy.

Concealer – Using a small brush or your finger, dot concealer around the inner and outer corners of your eyes. Gently press and blend into skin with your ring finger but don’t rub in, as this will ‘drag’ delicate under eye skin. Best it you apply over your foundation, so that you can even out your skin tone.

Cover up – Hide any other blemishes that show through your foundation by dotting concealer with a sponge or small brush in tricky areas, such as under the jawline or around the nose. Pat it on with your finger to settle it on the skin.

To set Eye Makeup – To set concealer and foundation under and around the eyes. lightly dust them with a small, fine brush dipped in loose powder. Be careful not to apply to much; excess powder will only emphasize fine lines.

To set foundation and concealer – Use translucent powder that complements your foundation and won’t rob your skin of its natural glow.

Checks and balances – Keep an eye on your makeup throughout the day. Use a lighter formulation in summer or carry a stick foundation for easy touch-up. Avoid over-powdering if you don’t want to look caked. For a matte finish, balance out with moist lips or eyes.

Hi everyone , Welcome back …..

We do not always have the time and skill to create that beautiful and elaborate mega makeup, right? As much as I love spending time doing my makeup, sometimes I have to choose the “basic and fast”

For that reason, 4 tips and suggestions for the day to day.

Starting with the classic that never goes out of style and leaves with an incredible result: the faded brown. Here there is no mistake, choose your favorite tone of brown and smear well, is a drawing created by a degraded by a lighter shade by the same color to put in the inner corner and the sides. The good thing about brown is that it is easy to fade and matches any occasion and look.

For those days of rush go for a lipstick. Choose a powerful mega lipstick like red, wine or brown, pass a little more lashes, a little light on the skin! And it’s ready! It looks beautiful!

If you feel like adding a bit of shine to the shape, but do not make too much of a mess, opt for creamy shadows that have a bit of shine (Maybelline have some nice options) and if you have time use a eyeliner…..

A classic makeup that Kylie Jenner is perfect for days of running around. She makes a faint butt on the outside corner that leaves the look sexy and powerful. The trick is to apply the correct at the end of the eyea nd leave that part well marked.

After these tips there are no more excuses for not doing a simple makeup, right? 😉

Applying makeup, Eyeshadow, mascara and eyeliner

Good eye makeup will accentuate the eyes and make your eye colour stand out. How you apply your makeup is entirely dependent on the look you are going for.

It’s important to learn about the shape of your eyes so you can bring out the best in your features. For example, if your eyes are close-set you may want to use a lighter colour in your inner corners to make them appear further apart.

Before applying eyeshadow, applying a cream eyeshadow base because it creates a beautiful texture and a smooth canvas for eye makeup.

Always blend your eyeshadow well with a clean fluffy brush across the area where your eyeshadow ends, to create a flawless finish.

Classic black mascara is best for all occasions but pick your mascara according to the look you want. when applying mascara, don’t pump the wand because this will push air into it and encourage it to dry out.

Work from the base to the tips of the lashes and roll the wand to avoid clamps. always apply from underneath so you don’t weigh down the lashes. Allow the mascara to dry before applying more coats if you want a more dramatic effect.

If you want a softer look, line your eyes with a powder eyeshadow using an angled brush. For a more dramatic look, use a gel or liquid liner to draw a line close to the lash line with a flick at the outer end. For an even more striking look, use a thicker line with a more accentuated flick at the end.

I love this lip glosses …. their shine and how they plump up the lips.

The formula has a sweet scent but a slightly sweet taste as well. It feels very light, smooth and comfortable on the lips.

I like to wear Victoria secret secret lip glosses even when my lips feel a little bit dry as the formula instantly soothes out lip lines and gives me a feeling of comfort.

Today I want to talk about primers , I hope will be helpful ….

Makeup primer is a base for foundation or face makeup that allows it to go on smoother and last longer.

It helps your skin look and feel more hydrated. You still wear a moisturizer under your primer but most primers also contain hydrating properties to help keep you looking fresh all day.

The perfect primer is the secret to flawless foundation they can also add an extra glow or mattify the skin it becomes oil .

These two primers are my favorites, but there are many in the market to choose.

– Smashbox Primer – It instantly blurs fine lines and pores leaving skin with a velvety – smooth, even finish.

– Benefit Porfessional primer – Quickly minimize the appearance of pores and fine line for smoother skin .

Choose the right for your skin ….

If you have oil skin and your major concern is oil control and large open pores, the best option for you is pore minimizing primers …. If you have red / yellow tones in your skin, a colour correcting primer are the best choice ….If you have no skin issues, smoothing primers are the best choice for your skin….

Using your fingers to apply makeup primer allows you to really work the product into your skin.

Eyes makeup

Primer your canvas. An artist doesn’t just start slathering paint onto fresh canvas, just as a makeup artist doesn’t work on a surface that hasn’t been prepared. Prime the ares with the light concealer or foundation and a dusting of translucent powder to control oiliness and help set the colour.

Apply a base shade. Pick a light dark, and a medium shade. It’s easier if they’re in the same colour family – like bone, taupe, and dark brown – but they don’t have to be. And bear in mind, if you are using multiple colours, powdered shadow is much easier to control because it layers and blends easily.

Shade for contrast. the medium shade is the one that’s going to bring out the colour of your eyes, so look for a suitably contrasting shade. Green eyes will stand out when shades with browns and hint of red; blue eyes are complemented by purple shades. And brown eyes work with any colour.

TIPS

If the eye makeup you are planning is complicated, do your foundation afterwards. That way you don’t have to worry about stray flecks of glitter ruining your foundation.
When working with a few colours, always start with the lightest shades first.
Before applying shadow, always give the brush a little flick, or blow gently to remove excess powder.
Blend well; you should never be able to tell where one colour begins and ends.
Use a highlighter on any part of the eye area that you want to bring out. put a dot on the inner corner of the eye to make eyes look big and bright, and a dab under the arch of the brow to emphasize the brows, if necessary.
Don’t over emphasize the brow bone; most time the absence of colour is enough of a highlight. I see many makeup artists using very pearlized or white shadows as highlighter and it really creates an artificial effect best avoided.
